Rafael Garcia

Rafael Garcia is a Near-Death Experiencer, Quantum Healer and Ascension Coach. He was a panelist at this year's IANDS conference in Phoenix, AZ speaking about reincarnation, multidimensionality, and the 12 dimensions. In 2004, he had a near-death experience followed by multiple spiritual transformative experiences. He teaches webinars about reincarnation, quantum jumping, the matrix codes, the 12 dimensions and the future of Earth through Project Utopia 2025.

During his NDE, he was taken to the Akashic Library where the Record Keepers gave him the Book of Earth in the form of a holographic projection. The book revealed the Divine Plan of Earth and he was shown a utopic future for humanity where eventually we will have global peace. This revelation compelled him to co-create Project Utopia 2025 with his wife Linda. The project aims to inspire a vision of a prosperous future where humanity thrives as a collective. He is currently working on three books, titled Transformed, Q&A's with the Cosmos and Highlights of the Afterlife.
