Born in 1961 into a Protestant family & in 2006 converted to Catholicism. Began suffering from depression at age 15 & somehow survived 43 years of chronic mental illness until discovering the Carnivore Lifestyle in 2017. I've been symptom free for 6+ years now. In 2023 I discovered Spiritualism & left the Catholic Church for a metaphysical church in Jacksonville, Fl called the Cosmic Church of Truth. August 4m 2023 I agreed to connect with a 10,000+ yr old light/energy being of Arcturian descent named, Orna. Orna is on a mission from Source & I agreed to channel her to spread her message of Love & Peace. We recently completed & published our book, "The Words of Orna" just 2 weeks ago.
